Monica has started a private school based on the Floor Time model in New Jersey. She has a website at: http://www.celebratethechildren.org/ On her site she has a number of helpful suggestion pages, a data collection form, an instructional materials list for Floor Time/social skill development, suggestions for setting up a program, along with additional information. Books to Read: "The Child with Special Needs: Encouraging Intellectual and Emotional Growth " by Dr. Stanley Greenspan and Dr.Serena Weider is a great reference. This is the main reference used by people using the Floortime Model.
